This four-hour workshop provides an overview to coaching skills for six sigma practitioners. Attendees will take away four specific ideas they can immediately apply in their work setting.

• Learn and practice a four-step GROW model to conduct a coaching session. A demonstration by the facilitator will be followed by participant practice and assessment.
  
  
• Learn and apply skills to seek personal balance and presence that will open space for a player to find the right questions to move forward.
  
  
• Distinguish directive verses non-directive coaching techniques and value of a non-directive approach.
  
  
• Adopt a model to develop self-awareness and self assessment through a journaling practice.
