Internet Based Resources The American Society for Quality is the major organization in the US. Navigate through to the Six Sigma pages.
Quality Digest Inside Six Sigma has a free bi-weekly email newsletter that is primarily sponsored.
iSixSigma has a wealth of free resources and is worth book-marking and weekly review.
The International Coach Federation is a 10,000 member, ten-year old truly international resource with members from 84 countries for all types of coaches and has a wealth of resources for learning more about coaching.
UK Resources
There are several excellent coaching resources in UK. An advanced certificate in executive coaching with strong emphasis on NLP can be found at HumanTechnics. Their courses are currently under review for certification by the International Coach Federation.
An accredited MSc in Coaching and Development can be found at The Performance Coach. And a business focused certificate program in executive coaching can be found at the London School of Coaching.
Computer Software
There are several excellent computer software resources especially useful for coaches. Survey Monkey is simple to use, has great user interface, is very inexpensive and can be contracted for on a monthly basis.
Crystal Ball software performs Monte Carlo simulations and helps coaches and their players overcome the tedium of FMEAs and shortens improve stage solution selection and reduces pilot time by analysis of many scenarios and possible outcomes.
Reading Resources
There are any number of good books on Six Sigma. And books on coaching tools and techniques have really exploded over the last several years.
